I am injured... and am quite depressed about it. I over worked my knee and now have to lay off all high impact activity. So...I started just walking and doing yoga to keep my self sane. Both are great workouts.. While walking you just have to push yourself (try speed walking, changing the incline) and its actually quite relaxing.
So if you are like me and need to lay off high impact stuff.. try walking, along with running its the best way to get rid of belly fat:)
Is speed walking really the best way to get off belly fat, because I have accumulated some of that and REALLY want to get it off!! Advice? Since you are always so freakin slim and seam to know this stuff
